At Gina Lauren Interiors, we heavily rely on the expertise of our trades and vendors and we could not do what we do without them. So in order to provide even more value to you our customers, we are hoping that these important conversations will help you on your design and building journey.
1. Please introduce yourself and tell our readers a little bit about Revere Real Estate Development Company and what you do.
Hello there, my name is Omar Eldin and I am in charge of Business Development/Marketing here at Revere Real Estate. On behalf of the entire Revere team I want to start off by saying thank you to Gina and her entire team for allowing us to be featured on this incredible Newsletter. Revere Real Estate Development Co. focuses on investing and improving Southern California coastal cities through urban in-fill development, custom home builds, and residential remodels. We’re always looking to obtain new deals and projects while working with fresh, trustworthy investors and subcontractors. We are currently managing many projects, ranging anywhere from ground-up construction to new builds to renovations. Revere was established out of coastal Southern California. Our development team has 7 years of experience, totaling 57 projects, bringing in over 180+ Million Dollars in real estate. These projects entail everything from building custom homes to urban infill development. We pride ourselves on quality, efficient, and innovative work and all of our clientele and investors can vouch for us on our behalf.
2. What area/region(s) do you work in?
We currently work all over Los Angeles and Orange County, we are hoping to expand into the desert as well as San Diego and its neighboring cities. We currently have several projects in Hermosa Beach, Huntington Beach, Newport Beach, Dana Point, Malibu, Laguna Niguel, and several more in the pipeline.
3. What is the size of your company and how long have you been in business?
Our team currently consists of 11 different team members ranging from corporate, project managers, laborers, and development partners!
4. What percentage of your projects are development and build versus just remodeling only?
99% of our projects are development and build, we've done one flip in Malibu but for the most part we focus on ground up new construction.
5. Besides residential homes, do you build any multi-family?
At the moment, we currently focus on single family residential but we plan on expanding to multi-family and mixed-use projects in the very near future. We have a 22-unit single family townhome project (aka small lot subdivision) in the works but nothing multi-family just yet.
6. At Gina Lauren Interiors, we see the partnership between the builder, the client, and the designer just as equally important and integral to the overall success of each of our projects. How does Revere Real Estate work best with each of these respective experts?
We completely agree with Gina Lauren Interiors on this point, communication isn't just the key to success in business but it's the foundation for success in any kind of relationship in our lives. We would also include the architect in this group of respective experts, here at Revere we make sure we keep in constant contact during the respective periods where the designer and the architect are more heavily involved in the project. We are incredibly responsive through email and set up weekly meetings to make sure everybody is on the same page throughout the entire process of the project, the client is of course included in all of these communications!
7. What design trends/features do you see homeowners wanting right now in their homes?
Our previous trend of modern farm-house is slowly being adjusted as demand changes. At this point, we are leaning more towards modern or modern/contemporary aesthetics
8. With more people wanting smart and tech-driven features in their homes, how has that played a role in how you build for the residential market?
We have always included a low-voltage electrical scope in our new construction homes which includes CAT5 (or latest) smart home features. This includes fully automated, via cell phone app, Air Conditioning/Lighting/Speakers/intercom.
9. What other information would you like our readers to know about Revere Real Estate?
We would really just like the readers to know that Revere is here for any of their homebuilding needs or concerns, even if you simply have a question about the homebuilding process because you are currently working on building your own home, always feel free to reach out to us. We take great pride in the work that we do, ensuring that our clients and our investors receive a more than expected return on their investments! If you want to keep up to date with all of our work you can follow or contact us through our instagram @revererealestate.
10. Lastly, we always like to participate in giving back to the community as much as we can, as we see this as an integral part of our core values as an Orange County Interior Design company. In what way(s) does Revere Real Estate give back?
This is our top priority here at Revere Real Estate, everything that we do from our projects down to our content on social media is a direct effort to provide the community and our audience with as much value as we possibly can. We tailor our content to make sure our investors, clients, and audience are fully aware of how we conduct every step of the home-building process and to give them valuable insights when it comes to home building. We also get directly involved with the community, we have donated to both the CDM and Newport Home Tours, we have donated to The Board Club in Newport Beach, and have made several other donations to local schools and small businesses in the areas we build in. Community is everything to us here at Revere!
